3. Age Requirements and Parental Responsibility

  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
  • Payment failures may result in service suspension

  • Access Continues: You retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No Partial Refunds: Payments are non-refundable once made
  • Future Billing: Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund current period

    Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: Death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

    10. Termination

    • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
    • Access continues until the end of the paid period
    • Account data retained for 30 days after cancellation for reactivation
